Plain words about the data you keep in this app.
What we store
Your business name, phone, email and password (encrypted). For your orders: customer names, phone numbers, delivery locations, items, amounts and payment records you add.
Who can see it
Only you. Other sellers can never see your customers or orders. The site owner can see totals (like how many orders exist) but not your customers, unless they open a support view to help you. Every support view is logged.
Riders and tracking links
When you send an order to a rider, the rider’s link shows the customer’s first name, phone number, delivery location and parcel, so they can deliver it. Links stop working after 3 days or soon after delivery, and you can cancel them. The customer’s tracking link shows only the order’s progress and items, not their address.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or share your data. Nothing is sent to other companies. When you tap “Open WhatsApp”, your phone opens WhatsApp with the message ready; you choose whether to send it.
Your customers’ data
You collect your customers’ details, so you are responsible for using them fairly: only for their orders, and deleting them when a customer asks. Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) applies.
Your controls
Download all your orders and customers as a spreadsheet (CSV) at any time. Delete one customer and all their orders, delete all your data, or close your account from Settings.
